Coca-Cola Saint Lucia has kicked off ‘Twist 4 Gold’ promotion, from July 25th ending September 25th, 2020.
‘Twist 4 Gold’ gives consumers their opportunity to win a variety or prizes, by collecting and redeeming the unique, limited edition, Gold Caps, now available on select Coca-Cola and Sprite beverages.

General Terms and Conditions
- The Promoter (Windward & Leeward Brewery Ltd. & Du Boulay’s Bottling Co. (“WLBL DBC”) run promotions from time to time using various mediums and media to include digital, traditional media and on site promotions.
- These general terms & conditions are applicable to all promotions run by WLBL DBC unless otherwise specified. By entering into the applicable Promotion you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions. All details and instructions (including ‘how to participate instructions’, supplemental draw and prize information and Participation Agreements) form part of the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between these general terms and conditions and the specific terms and conditions for any Promotion, the specific terms and conditions will take precedence.
- To participate in and/or claim a prize in the promotion, you must be a Saint Lucian resident aged 18 years or over.
- WLBL DBC’s and its associated companies’ employees, agencies and contractors, or anyone else professionally involved in the Promotion, and their immediate families (including spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- The applicable promotional period and the dates of prize draws comprising the Promotion will be as stated in the specific terms and conditions for each Promotion. Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions, entries will close at 11.59pm on the closing date of the Promotion. No entries will be accepted outside of the applicable promotional period.
- Entries must be made by individual persons. No entries from trade customers, agents, organized groups or other third parties, or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
- WLBL DBC will endeavor to ensure that all relevant means of entry into the Promotion are available at all times during the promotional period, but cannot guarantee availability and is not liable for any disruptions or system failure. WLBL DBC reserves the right to suspend or cease any means of entry into the Promotion at its sole discretion. Participants are responsible for all connection costs charged by their service provider. If you do not pay the bill, please get permission from the person who does.
- Unless otherwise stated in any specific terms and conditions, WLBL DBC will only accept one entry per person into each Promotion. If the Promotion is limited to one entry, WLBL DBC reserves the right at its sole discretion to remove any multiple or duplicate entries.
- Incomplete or illegible entries or those not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. WLBL DBC has no responsibility and will not be liable, for any incorrect entries or any entries not received by WLBL DBC.
- In the event of a dispute, WLBL DBC’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- WLBL DBC reserves the right at any time to suspend or modify the Promotion, or these terms and conditions, without prior notice and for any reason whatsoever at its discretion.
- WLBL DBC may refuse to award a prize to any participant if, in the WLBL & DBC’s sole opinion, that participant has violated the specific and/or general terms and conditions of the Promotion or has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion.
- By entering a prize draw online, you consent to WLBL DBC contacting you at any of the contact details provided at the time of entry.
- Prize winners will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable following any draw or award. WLBL DBC reserves the right to redraw or reallocate any prize if a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, as determined by WLBL DBC at its sole discretion.
- Prize winners and their companions may each be required to sign a Participation Agreement in order to collect prizes.
- Prizes are as stipulated and are non-transferable and non-refundable. In the event that the prize specified in the Promotion is not available for any reason, WLBL DBC may substitute the prize for another prize of like value. WLBL DBC will not be responsible for the cancellation or postponement of any prize.
- By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the use of their name and photograph for any promotional purposes carried out by WLBL DBC. Prize winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by WLBL DBC, no additional compensation will be provided for such participation.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, WLBL DBC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by any participant (including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss). All prizes are taken entirely at the participant’s own risk. Participants indemnify WLBL DBC against any claim for accident or loss of life, personal injury, property damage or other loss, cost or expense arising in connection with the Promotion or any prize.
- These terms and conditions are subject to all applicable laws, codes and regulations, including but not limited to the Liquor License Act (Cap 13.17).
- WLBL DBC adheres to all applicable privacy laws and regulations. Participants to the Promotion agree that WLBL DBC (and its agents and contractors) may collect and retain their personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and for future promotions carried out by WLBL DBC and its associated companies. Participants have the right to request access to their personal information held by or on behalf of WLBL DBC, and to update or to remove any such information. All such requests should be directed to WLBL DBC in writing at the address set out below.

Twist 4 Gold Promotion Terms and Conditions
- Promotion runs from July 25th – September 25th 2020.
- Promotion to take place in Saint Lucia, Domestic market ONLY
- Persons must be 13 years and older to participate.
- Participants must enter with the specified number of Gold caps communicated; from CCNS 355ml, Sprite 500ml, CCO 500ml and CC 1.25L, manufactured by Du Boulay’s Bottling Company/Windward and Leeward Brewery Ltd, authorized bottler of The Coca-Cola Company.
- Participants receive prizes by bringing the specified number of caps ONLY to the Coca-Cola team at the locations and times communicated, until September 25th , 2020. ALL prizes must then be redeemed by September 30th 2020, at the WLBL office, Vide Boutielle Castries.
- Prizes are available while stocks last, if a customer presents caps and the prize is no longer available, the will have the option of redeeming a prize of equal or lesser value
- Winner(s) must claim their prize by presenting a valid proof of ID and sign a receipt/acknowledgement form.
- Winners under 18 years old, must be accompanied by a Parent / Guardian to collect any prize, with a valid proof ID.
- Prizes cannot be swapped for anything others than the prizes listed, as long as it is of equal or lesser value
- Prizes are not transferable for either cash or alternative items.
- DBC/WLBL and their representatives do not accept any responsibility if the winning participant is not able to claim the prize by the date stated.
- Winner(s) may be requested to take part in promotional activity and WLBL/DBC and their representatives reserve the right to use the name(s) of winner(s) in any form of publicity for transparency of the promotion. Winners authorize this by signing the receipt/acknowledgement form of the prizes.
- Employees of WLBL/DBC or any associated companies of WLBL/DBC participating retailers, persons who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
- Participation in this promotion constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these rules.
- WLBL/DBC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to modify any of the rules, promotion period or terms, by giving a proper notice of the changes.
